Unlike some other real estate professionals, we always do an in-depth “TAILORING” of goods. Depending on the criteria and expectations of each and every one of you (personal use, rental investment, specific location, property type, type of view…) we do a specialised research with our best agents on site and offer each customer a selection of different properties that meet their personal expectations. But our role does not stop there: a property hunter also assists his client during the negotiation phase with the seller, selects the best lawyers and notaries, assists and advises his client until the signature of the contract.
